1. Can both sides of the nickel be customized? Yes. While our pricing is structured for a stock design to be printed on one side and the customer’s copy on the other, both sides can be customized. The set-up charge for “Two Sided Copy” is $20 (A). 2. Will we be assessed a set-up charge if we supply art? There will be no set-up fee for art sent via email or for hard-copies sent by regular mail. We prefer art files in eps format but will accept Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw files. 3. Where is art to be sent? Art files can be emailed using our regular email address bayou@charter.net 4. How long will it take for our order to be processed? Our normal production time is 10-15 business days from the time we receive your purchase order and art file. We often are on a much quicker schedule. We do offer a less than 10 day production guarantee for an additional $20 (Z). 5. Can we have our nickels imprinted in color? Our pricing structure is based on imprinting is black ink. Other ink colors are available for an additional $20 (A) per color, per order. Two color imprint on the same side is NOT available. Other colors include blue, brown, green, purple, orange, yellow, and red. PMS matching is available for a cost of $40 (Z). 6. Can our orders be drop shipped or shipped “blind” to our customers? We will be happy to ship your orders directly to your customers under your return label for no charge . We can, of course, ship your orders to you if you prefer. 7. Can our order be printed using several designs? We can split your order into smaller groups and imprint using different designs. There is a “Change of Copy” charge of $20 (A) per change. Example: The same company logo is imprinted on 1000 wooden nickels with 500 having the Indian Head Stock design and 500 having the Buffalo Stock design. In this example there is 1 “Change of Copy”. |
