Wooden Nickels - One of the Most Successful Advertising Aids

             ART - If you furnish black and white, camera-ready art either in hard-copy or in electronic format, there is no set-up fee.  Art size must be no larger than 1 1/4 inches in diameter. 

             File types in Adobe Illustrator (eps or ai), Corel Draw, Corel Presentations, in PC format, are preferred. 

             If we do camera ready art add $20 (A) set-up fee.  If we set curved copy type add $20 (A) set-up per side.  Normal copy limit is 80 characters and spaces with a maximum of 100 characters and spaces. 

             Change of copy on same order add $20 (A) per change.

             BAGGING - $0.35 (Z) per bag.

             BLANKS - Less than 10,000 $84 (A) per 1000.  For 10,000 and more $80 (A) per 1000.

             Consecutive Numbering - $55.00 per 1000 with minimum $10 charge.

             FOB - Factory in Louisiana.

             INK COLORS - Pricing includes printing in Black Ink.  For imprinting in another color add $20 (A) per color to the total order.  Colors available are:  Blue, Brown, Green, Purple, Orange, Yellow, and Red.  PMS Color matching is available at a cost of $40 (Z).

             Pricing includes imprinting the same color on both sides.  If a different color is used on each side, add a $15 (Z) per 1000 running charge.

             Two color imprinting on the same side is NOT available.

             PRODUCT SIZE - The diameter of the wooden nickel is 1 1/2 inches.  Thickness is 1/8 inch.  The imprint area is 1 1/4 inch.

             PRODUCTION TIME - Normal production time is 10 to 15 business days beginning from the day we receive the Purchase Order and art.   We can usually produce your order within one week of receipt.  We offer a “less than 10 day production guarantee” for a $20 (Z) “Rush Charge.”

             Proofs - Add $6 (A).

             PACKAGING - Normal Bulk in one box on order of 10,000 or less.  Call for special packaging pricing.

             REORDERS - Please furnish our invoice number and date.  Any copy changes will require the normal set-up charges as described above.

             Shipping - All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.  Orders are drop shipped using your return address for no additional charge.  Seven pounds per 1000 shipping weight.
